Ingredients

  • Grated paneer 1/4 cup
    egg 4 no.
    Grated carrot 1 tsp
    finely chopped onion 1 no.
    Finely chopped Green chili 1 no.
    Finely chopped Curry leaves 1 tsp
    finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
    black pepper powder 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    oil as required

In a bowl add egg, grated paneer, onion, green chili, carrot, coriander leaves, curry leaves, black pepper powder, salt

Mix well

Heat the tawa and pour the mix and cook by applying oil for 5 mins in low or medium flame
