Directions

Step 1

Mix the onions and the green chillies with the idli batter.

Step 2

Heat oil in a unniappam chatti.

Step 3

Pour the mix in each holes of the chatti.

Step 4

Cook without closing with a lid.

Step 5

:- Serve with chutney and sambhar.

I thought Paniyaram was a dish from Tamil Nadu (Chettinad). But, you have mentioned this as Kerala style cuisine. Maybe, the person who shared the recipe here is from Kerala! :-)
