Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf and fry for a minute.

Step 2

Add onions, ginger and stir till the onions are soft.

Step 3

Add the soaked papaya and apricots and stir till the water has evaporated.

Step 4

Put the rice grains and stir fry for 2 minutes till the grains are blended with the fruits.

Step 5

Add the hot stock and salt and bring the contents to a boil. Cover and cook in low heat till all the water has evaporated and this will take about 15 minutes.

Step 6

Heat oil in another pan and fry the onions till golden brown, drain and then fry cashew nuts.

Step 7

Sprinkle them on the prepared rice.

Step 8

:- Papaya And Nuts Pulao is ready!!
:- Serve the Papaya And Nuts Pulao hot!!!
