Directions

Step 1

For preparing pappada vada, make a paste by mixing rice powder, salt, chilly powder, asafoetida and sesame seeds with required water.

Step 2

Heat oil in a frying pan, dip pappadam in the above mixture and put into hot oil.

Step 3

Press frequently to get crispy pappadams. Fry till it become a golden brown.

Step 4

Pappada vada is ready. Serve as a snack.
