Step 1

For preparing parippu ada, soak ingredients: boiled rice, channa dal, urad dal and toovar dal in water for 3 hours.

Step 2

Grind this mixture with green chillies, red chillies, asafoetida, salt and curry leaves. This should be a semi thick solid.

Step 3

Pour the batter in non-stick pan in round shape with a ladle and pour gingelly oil around it.

Step 4

Turn both sides and cook.

Step 5

Parippu ada is ready.
