soak daal in water for about 5 hours.
drain if excess water and grind it.
then add sliced onion and ginger.(small sized)
add green chilly and coriander leaves.
add red chilly powder and salt
mix it well and make it to oval or circle shaped
deep fry it
take it out when both sides brawn.
take it along with sauce or chutney
