Step 1

For preparing parsley omelette, beat well the eggs, parsley, onion, maida, baking powder, mint leaves, grated garlic, pepper powder and salt till it becomes a bit fluffy.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan with a little oil.

Step 3

Pour in the omelette mixture and allow it to cook on both the sides.

Step 4

Parsley omelette is ready. Serve hot with bread.
