Ingredients

  • Peas Split 100 g
    Bengal gram 50 g
    Red chili 4 no
    ginger small piece
    cinnamon small pieces
    cloves 3 no.
    garlic 3 no.
    fennel seed 1/4 tsp
    salt to taste
    onion 1 no.
    curry leaves 1 bunch
    green chili 2 no.
    coriander leaves 3 tsp
    oil to fry

soak the peas split and bengal gram in water for 2 hours
