Ingredients

  • rice flour 1 cup
    water 2 cup
    salt as needed
    oil 1 or 2 table spoon

Step 1

boil 2 cup of water with salt and when it gets boiled add 1 table spoon oil and then add 1 cup of rice flour and mix well.

then off the fame .and close the bowl.

then using hands make a dough of this rice flour, you should mix this flour with hands for about 5 mint.

then make small balls of this dough.

then using a roller and little rice flour ,start rolling it

then make it to round shaped one and to a thinner structure.

you should pour little rice flour in between all pathiri you are making, otherwise it will stick together

then heat a pan and when its hot put our pathiri to it.

when it gets arised turn over pathiri.

when both sides get cooked well , keep this in a casserole.

its ready to eat ,so serve hot.

Notes :

the softness of pathiri depends on the mixing so the water and oil adding should not be more or less .and you can add little more water if your flour not blended fully.
