Chop the potaotes, carrots, cauliflower, green and red capsicum.
Pressure cook them with salt, till it gets cooked(about 10 min).
Drain the water and mash the vegetables, so that it becomes a fine paste. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add mustard and cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
Add onions and fry, till it becomes translucent.
Add Pav-bhaji masala powder, garlic-ginger paste, salt and red chilly powder.
Add tomato paste or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 min.
Add the mashed vegetable paste and mix well.
Add butter and lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Slightly toast the pav(burger buns) with butter on a tava.
:- Serve with delicious pav-bhaji.

Hi, u`r receipe is very good and we can add peas,garam masala also. we will get pav bhaji masala in the stores but tell us how to prepare in the home.
The recipe is great. But u have not mention about making of pav bhaji masala. I mean how to make a pav bhaji masala. It is very hard to make pav bhaji untill u have pav bhaji masala. So pls tell me about it.

It is fine.U can add1 or 2 finely chopped green chillies and green peas.
Its really very simple to prepare.But you have forgot to give one thing.that is "How to prepare that pav bhaji masala?" If you give that one it will be very useful to many people who prepare this for first time.I expect the reply .Thanks in advance.
Its excellent , but as we have heard ginger garlic and tikhaa (mirchi) is the base of PAV BHAJI u can increase the rartio of DIS stuff
