Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Boil the vegetables & mash them.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Add the onions and continue fry till the colour became brown

Step 4

Add ginger garlic paste.

Step 5

Add the pav-bhaji masala, red chili pwd & tomatoes.

Step 6

Stir constantly and cook for 5 mins.

Step 7

Add the vegetables and continue frying.

Step 8

Add salt & water.

Step 9

Take butter in a pan and heat. Pour into pav bhaji.

Step 10

Garnish the bhaji with the coriander leaves.

Step 11

Add lemon juice.

Step 12

:-serve hot.

Why do u people comment abt unnecessary things....if u r not happy abt using instant masalas then dont use search for recipe where they use instant.i guess as said in one of the comments...u guys shldnt even use any vegetables..should grow it on ur own in ur backyards in prepare food instead....

recipe is Good. While commenting give Comments .Donot tease anybody if u want to use ready made PB masala. then why r u buying potatoes from market.

In the ingredient list u have not mentioned about the garlic/ginger paste, chilli power, pav bhaji masala, etc., etc. Please give the ingredients used for the pav bhaji masala as this is not readly available in Qatar. Regards.

I might have to say that ther is more to a pav bhaji recipe than what u hav given.Its not very Descriptioniptive and U can also make the masala on ur own.U hav also forgotten to mention abt the onions and tomatoes that are side dishes for this.
