Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves. Saute it.

Step 2

Add chopped onion and chopped bitter gourd with a pinch of salt and saute it well until the bitter gourd is cooked.

Step 3

Then add the boiled green gram and mix it well. Grind coconut, garlic, turmeric and green chillies together and add it to the above mixture.

Step 4

Mix well. Put the flame low and close the pan with a lid for 2 seconds. A nutritious dish is ready! Serve with hot rice.
