Step 1

Wash bitter gourd pieces and drain the water completely.

Step 2

Add chilly powder, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt and mix well with hand.

Step 3

Keep this aside for some mins.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 5

Fry the bitter gourd pieces on a low flame, till they turn crispy & light brown in colour.

Step 6

:- Serve with rice.
