Step 1

Wash the leaves well and finely chop them.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 3

Splutter mustard seeds and sautT green chillies and finely chopped small onions.

Step 4

Add the grated coconut, payar leaves, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

Step 5

Cover and cook on a low flame.

Step 6

When done, remove the lid and continue to cook, till it¦s done.
