take nuts ,sliced shallots ,grapes and cardamom powder in a plate
add coconut to it
mix everything well
heat a pan and add the mixture to it
stir well and add sugar
stir well until the sugar melts . then turn off the flame and let it cool
take the all purpose flour and add salt to it
pour water to make it a smooth batter
pour little milk
make a hole in the banana for filling.
then fill the coconut mixture to it
then cover banana with the batter
do same with all banana.
when its covered fully
heat a pan with oil to deep fry
then add the stuffed banana to it
let it become brown every side
when its brown transfer to the serving plate.
its very yummy snack ,we can have it either hot or cold.
