For preparing peach mousse, peel 6 peaches and remove the seed. Puree it in a blender.
Add lemon juice and sugar. Blend it for further 10 seconds. Put it a bowl and chill it in the fridge.
Whip the cream until fluffy.
Fold in the cream with the chilled puree and spoon the mousse into small dishes.
Cut the remaining peach into slices and put it on top of the mousse.
Peach mousse is ready. Decorate with mint leaves and serve chilled.
