Fry peanuts till brown and remove their skin. The already salted ones can also be used.
Grind together the peanuts with all the other ingredients along with sufficient water.
:- Serve with Dosas or Idlis.

Yum, I knew this would be good and it is! Great with sweet potatoes... I had to keep myself from eating it all with a spoon, better than ice cream! When making it I did start with 1 really big clove of garlic and that was enough. And used 1 cup of already shelled, roasted unsalted peanuts and the amount of salt called for was just right. Thank you!
