Step 1

For preparing peanut-cornflakes balls, first heat olive oil in a vessel and cook the grated paneer on low flame for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Sprinkle in salt and pepper powder. Remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.

Step 3

Then mix in the grated cheese, mustard sauce and tabasco sauce well.

Step 4

Make small balls out of the mixture and keep it aside.

Step 5

In a plate mix in the coarsely ground peanuts and crushed cornflakes.

Step 6

Roll the balls in the above mixture and put it in the fridge.

Step 7

Peanut-cornflakes balls are ready. Serve chilled.
