Directions

Step 1

Cut the beef into small pieces and
wash well.

Step 2

Mix meat with ginger, crushed onion, green chillies, curry leaves chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, masala powder
and salt.

Step 3

Pressure cook the meat for 10 mins.

Step 4

:- It should be cooked only upto 80%.

Step 5

Reduce the flame and cook, till it becomes dry.

Step 6

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 7

Add chopped onions and saute, until they turn brown.

Step 8

Add cooked meat and saute for 10 mins.

Step 9

Add coconut chips and saute again for 10 mins.

Step 10

Add pepper powder and some curry leaves and saute for 5 mins.
