Directions

Step 1

For preparing pepper butter corn, boil water in an iddly vessel.

Step 2

Cook the corn by spreading it on the iddly stand and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3

Take it out from the flame and put the corn in a vessel.

Step 4

Add butter and salt to the corn immediately after removing it(the corn must not cool while adding butter)and stir well.

Step 5

Sprinkle pepper powder or chilly powder according to your taste.

Step 6

Pepper butter corn is ready. Serve immediately.
