  • 1 lb boneless beef (cut into small bite size pieces)
    2 lb beef nockle bone
    1 cup vinegar
    1 onion (sliced thin)
    1 package spice seasoning
    1 lb noodle
    1 gallon water


Step 1

Take water in a pan. Add water and set heat on high. Add 1 tsp salt and bring to boil. Cook till done.
Take a bowl. Add the sliced onions, 1/4 cup water and 1 cup vinegar. Let it soak for an hour or two.
Open the packet of spice seasoning and put it into a cloth bag and tie tightly. Put the packet of spice seasoning into the broth and continue boiling. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Skim away any froth that appears on the top. Cover and let simmer for an hour.
Soak noodles in hot water. Drain.
Take another bowl. Add to it the noodles, beef, onions and broth. Serve delicious hot noodle soup.
