Pineapple Flavoured Soda

For preparing pineapple flavoured soda, boil the sugar & water for 2 minutes after the first boil.

Remove from fire & cool.

Then add pineapple essence, colour & lemon juice.

Mix & chill the syrup.

Before serving, put 4-5 tbsp of syrup in a tall glass. Put 1 tbsp of vanilla ice cream. Pour 1/2 of one soda & serve immediately with a spoon & a straw.
