Directions

Step 1

Take pineapple and make pulp of it without adding water.

Step 2

Take equal quantity of pineapple pulp, sugar and 2 to 3 cloves

Step 3

Boil them together on slow fire in heavy bottom pan.Keep stirring with a wooden spoon.

Step 4

After a while it will change color and keep checking the consistency, until it reaches a thread consistency between your fingers. Store them in glass jars.

Notes :

This method is done with pineapple only.
