Step 1

Cook pineapple along with turmeric and salt in 1/2 cup of water.

Step 2

Grind coconut with dried chillies to a fine paste.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 4

Splutter mustard seeds.

Step 5

Add the coconut paste and saute.

Step 6

Add curry leaves and dried red chillies and continue to saute.

Step 7

When it is done, add the boiled pineapple pieces.

Step 8

:- The gravy should be thick and the cover the pineapple pieces.

Step 9

Add the crushed mustards, just before removing the pachhady from the flame.
