Step 1

For preparing pomfret/avoli fry with vegetables, first grind the following ingredients: pepper powder, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, vinegar and required salt to a fine paste.

Step 2

Make slits on both sides and apply the ground paste evenly on both sides. Marinate for 3 hours in a refrigerator.

Step 3

Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and fry onions, capsicum, carrot, green chillies and celery to a golden brown color.

Step 4

Add some salt and remove the veggies from pan.

Step 5

In another pan, heat some oil and deep fry the marinated fish until done. Remove the fried fishes from pan.

Step 6

Place the fried pomfret in a serving dish and decorate the sides with fried veggies.

Step 7

Pomfret/avoli fry with vegetables, a yummy dish, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
