Ingredients

  • Kikoman soy sauce - 250ml
    Mirin - 600ml
    Sake - 360ml
    Ponzo sauce(lemon flavour) - 1.3 litre
    Bonito flakes - 25g
    Combu(seaweed) - 2 nos

Directions

Step 1

For preparing ponzo dipping sauce, heat the mirin and kikoman sauce together.

Step 2

Add in sake, ponzo sauce, bonito flakes and combu. Allow it to simmer until the mixture thickens.

Step 3

Ponzo dipping sauce is ready. Serve in individual bowls for each person to dip their meat and vegetables in.
