Ingredients

  • Garlic 15 no.
    small onion 10 no.
    tomato 1 no.
    red chili 2 no.
    Sambar masala powder 2 tsp
    Kuzhambu milagai powder 2 tsp
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    tamarind water 1/2 cup
    coconut paste 1/5 cup
    to temper
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Sesame oil 2 tbsp
    Mustard 1/4 tsp
    cumin seed 1/5 tsp
    Fenugreek seed 1/5 tsp
    curry leaves 1 sprinkle

Heat the oil and saute the garlic and chopped onion for 2 minutes

Once the gravy becomes thick consistency, temper the mustard, fenugreek seeds, cumin seed, red chili and curry leaves and transfer to the gravy
