Step 1

Sprinkle salt in wheat flour and mix well.

Step 2

Mix the flour with water to form a soft dough. Knead it until smooth.

Step 3

Pluck out small portions of the dough and roll it into poori. While rolling, sprinkle more flour to avoid sticking.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolled poori`s. Serve hot with curry.
