Step 1

For preparing pork pakora, cook pork in pressure cooker with salt water and turmeric powder.

Step 2

Strain the pork and keep the pork broth.

Step 3

Finely chop the cooked pork and keep it aside.

Step 4

In a bowl mix in chopped pork, maida, gram flour, pepper powder, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, ginger paste and curry leaves. Pour the pork broth and make a thick batter.

Step 5

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and spoon the mixture into the oil. Fry it till golden brown and crisp.

Step 6

Pork pakora`s are ready. Serve hot.
