For preparing pork in lemon flavor gravy, heat the oil in a vessel.
Add the pork, ginger, garlic, chilly and lemon grass. Allow it to cook.
Then add the chicken/beef stock, fish sauce, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Cover the vessel and allow it to simmer for 30 minutes.
Garnish with roasted peanuts and spring onions.
Pork in lemon flavor gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice.
