Step 1

For preparing potato dosa, cook the grated potatoes in a little water and salt. Drain the water completely.

Step 2

In a bowl mix in the cooked potatoes, maida, egg, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onion, green chillies, salt and water. Make it into a smooth batter avoiding lumps.

Step 3

Heat a pan, spoon a ladle of batter on the pan and make it in the shape of a dosa.

Step 4

Drizzle a little oil over it.

Step 5

Fry the dosa on both the sides.

Step 6

Potato dosa is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
