Grated potato mixed with blended egg mixture and baked in an oven. Kids favorite recipe.

Directions

Step 1

For preparing potato egg pudding, beat together milk, egg, cheese, pepper powder and salt.

Step 2

Mix together the mashed potatoes and the above mixture.

Step 3

Grease the baking dish with 1/2 tbsp butter and pour the potato mixture. Finally put the remaining butter on the top.

Step 4

Cook in 350 degrees till done.

Step 5

Serve Potato egg pudding when it is hot.
