Step 1

For preparing potato fritters, mix maida, chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger, curry leaves, gram flour and salt with a little water to make a thick batter.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 3

Dip each slice of potato in the masala batter and fry it on both the sides till golden brown in colour.

Step 4

Potato fritters are ready. Serve hot for snacks.
