Step 1

Preparation Method of Potato Fry:
1)Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add potatoes, chillies, curry leaves, turmeric and salt.

Step 3

Keep on low fire closed with a lid for 5 - 8 mins.

Step 4

Take the lid off and saute on high fire till some potatos go light brown.

Step 5

:- It will stick to pan so scrape and saute well.

Step 6

:- Potato Fry is ready.

Step 7

:- Serve Potato Fry with rice or chappati as side dish.

Step 8

:- You can add small onions as whole too. excellent dish- loved by kids and easy to make- can be taken in lunch boxes!...
