Potato Hotdog
Mashed potato mixture spread out in a split hot dog and grated cheese spread on top - kids favorite snack
Ingredients
- 2 nos Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 no Hot dog
- 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1 no Green chilly
- Coriander leaves Few
- 1 tbsp Cheese grated
- Pepper powder As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Carefully slit the hot dog from the top lengthwise.
- Mix together mashed potato, onion, green chilly, Coriander leaves, paprika powder, pepper powder and required salt.
- Bake in a microwave oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
