Roast the sooji in ghee
Grated potato and saute with ghee
In pan add boil water and sooji and mix it well . cook till soft
Add grated potato and mix it well and add food color
Add sugar, salt and cardamom powder and mix it well
Add roasted cashew and ghee mix well and turn off
