Step 1

For preparing potato lamb pie, cook the potatoes and boneless lamb in a pressure cooker with water and salt. Drain the water, separate the potatoes and the lamb pieces.

Step 2

Mash the potatoes with the back of a fork and put it into a bowl.

Step 3

Shred the lamb and add it in the bowl.

Step 4

Mix in 1/2 cup grated cheese, corn flour, milk, cooked green peas, blanched tomatoes, onions, grated garlic, butter, pepper powder and salt.

Step 5

Put it into a greased pie dish and microwave on high for 15 minutes.

Step 6

After it is done sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and microwave it on high for 1 minute.

Step 7

Potato lamb pie is ready. Serve hot.
