Ingredients

  • Aloo 1 cup
    Rice flour 1 cup
    Green chili 3 no.
    Garlic 6 to 7 no.
    Salt to taste
    asafoetida 1 tsp
    white sesame seed 1 tsp
    butter 2 tsp
    Ajwain / omam seed 1 tsp
    water 1 glass
    oil to fry

peel the aloo and boil it by adding salt and water in a pressure cooker and allow for 2 whistles

in mixi jar make a paste of green chilli and garlic

smash the aloo and make ready of other ingredients, rice flour, salt, asafoetida, omam seed, butter, green chili paste, sesame seeds

in a bowl add all the ingredients, smashed potatoes, green chili paste, asafoetida, omam seed, sesame seed, butter, rice flour

add water and make as dough

take some from dough and keep in murukku pressure with the plate single star hole, press and make shape
