Boil potatoes to become soft. Microwave method: Fill a plate with water. Place two potatoes and cover with a wet paper towel. Microwave on high for 20 mins.
Peel potatoes and shred the potatoes into a bowl.
Mix salt, small cut green chillies, milk, cheese and optional items.
Mash all ingredients together.
Now make the mashed ingredients into small cutlets. Coat with bread crumps.
Now we have 2 ways to cook: Easy & Healthy: Take a baking safe pan, spray with oil and place the cutlets in the tray. Spray with cooking oil on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins. In between turn around the patties.
Another option is to shallow fry the patties in a pan. Enjoy with hot and sour ketchup or tomato kethcup!
