Potato Thodu Curry
Simple recipe with Potato With Step by Step Pictures
Ingredients
- Potato : 2 medium
- Curd : a small bowl
- Green chillies : 2 nos
- Curry leaves : a few
- Mustard seeds : ¼ tsp
- Salt : to taste
Instructions
- Boil potato.
- Smash it with a smasher.
- Mix green chillies and curd with smashed potato.
- Mix it with the potato.
- Potato thodu curry is ready.
