Step 1

For preparing potato wafers, cook the sliced potatoes in boiling water with salt till it is cooked. Drain the water. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Grind cumin seeds, salt, ginger and green chillies to a fine paste.

Step 3

Marinate the cooked potatoes with the above paste.

Step 4

Dry them out in the sunlight for 5 days.

Step 5

Store them in an airtight container.

Step 6

Potato wafers are ready. Fry them in oil before serving.
