Cut onion and potatoes into thin round shape. Chop onions & coriander leaves. Boil corn and set aside.
Add little oil in a pan.When the oil is heated add the onion and saute
Add salt and pepper powder.
Then add the corn and coriander leaves. Fry it for a minute and set it aside
In another pan add little oil.Fry the potatoes
Place the potato on a plate and top of it place the carrot
Then followed by the corn dressing
Garnish with coriander and serve.
feel free to add lots of mint, coriander leaves.
