Take maida and baking soda and mix well and sieve and keep in a vessel.
Add milk and salt and make them into dough.
Roll it in a wet cloth and keep It aside for half an hour.
Take it out after half an hour.
Chop capsicum, parsley and mint leaves, grate the boiled potatoes.
Mix it well with salt.
Prepare two chappathi and place the mixture on top of one chappathi.
Place the other chappathi on top of the stuff and press and seal the sides.
Place it over the tawa and cook it till both sides are done. Add butter or oil for cooking.
Garnish and serve hot.
The left over idlies from breakfast can be reused if people do not prefer eating idly in more than one meal time.
