Step 1

For preparing potatoes in pork gravy, heat oil in a vessel and saute onions till golden brown with curry leaves.

Step 2

Add in ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, chilly powder, garam masala, pepper powder, green chillies and salt. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Toss in the pork and potatoes. Fry it on low flame for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Pour required water, close the lid and allow it to cook.

Step 5

Open the lid. Boil it with the corn flour mixture. Keep mixing it.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.

Step 7

Potatoes in pork gravy is ready. Serve hot.
