Step 1

For preparing prawn cutlets, clean the prawns and cook it in salt water.

Step 2

Then grind the prawns well in a mixer grinder.

Step 3

Cut onions, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves into fine pieces.

Step 4

Take a vessel, and heat oil. Add the cut vegetables and stir it till the onions are cooked well.

Step 5

Remove the above mixture from flame and mix it well with the prawn.

Step 6

Dip bread slices in water, squeeze the water and knead it well with the above prawn mixture.

Step 7

Make small balls and press it in desired shapes.

Step 8

Take the white part of an egg, dip the prawn cutlets in it and roll it in bread crumbs.

Step 9

Then fry it in oil till it becomes brown in color.

Step 10

Prawn cutlets, a yummy favorite with kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve it hot with ketchup.
