Step 1

For preparing prawn fried noodles, soak the noodles in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes, drain it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and add the garlic till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Step 3

Add in the prawns and sautT it for 2 minutes on low flame. Cook in low heat by sprinkling little water. Remove and keep it aside.

Step 4

In the same vessel heat a little more oil and scramble the eggs. Keep it aside.

Step 5

Heat a little more oil in the same pan, fry the potatoes on low flame till it becomes brown in colour and done. Remove it and keep it aside.

Step 6

In the same pan heat oil. Toss in the soaked noodles and dried red chilly flakes. Fry it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 7

Then add in the sprouted green gram, oyster sauce, salt, grated carrot and peanuts. Mix well and allow it to cook with a little water.

Step 8

Toss in the cooked prawn, fried potatoes and scrambled eggs. Mix well.

Step 9

Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.

Step 10

Prawn fried noodles is ready. Serve hot.
