Marinate the prawns with turmeric, chilly powder, pepper and salt.
Mix well together maida and egg and make it into a very thick batter.
Add pepper, salt and little soya sauce into the batter and mix well.
Dip the prawns in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.

I didn`t taste it though am for sure it would be very yummieee.... i guess you need to get some good big prawns. Well am gonna prepare this tonight. Hmmmm...
oh man.. this dish is wonderful. I just tried it and it came out very well. If you`re health freak, then its not for you because its oily but very tasteful. Its really good as starters. enjoy guys..
