Step 1

For preparing prawn veggie rice, cook the rice and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel, add in the eggs, pepper powder and required salt. Scramble it and keep it aside.

Step 3

Then heat a little more oil in the same vessel. Add onions, ginger paste, garlic and prawns. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 4

Add spring onions, peas, carrot, scrambled eggs, corn and oyster sauce. Mix well.

Step 5

Toss in the cooked rice and fry it over low flame for 10 minutes. Remove it from the flame.

Step 6

Prawn veggie rice is ready. Serve hot.
