Step 1

For preparing healthy prawn salad, first marinate the prawns in a mixture of red curry paste and salt and keep it in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns on medium flame till done.

Step 3

In the same pan, add some oil and fry the cabbage, shallots, garlic and beetroot for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step 4

Then add rice wine vinegar, chilly sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and remove from the flame.

Step 5

Mix in the fried prawns and put it in a bowl.

Step 6

Healthy prawn salad is ready. Serve immediately.
