Heat wok to medium high, add sesame oil.
Stir in garlic, onion and red chillies, stir for a few seconds.
Add the prawns and stir continuously till the pink colour changes to opaque.
Add the broccoli, mushroom, celery , walnuts, soy sauces, oyster sauce, pepper and salt.
Stir till the vegetables are well combined.
Add broth or water and bring the flame to simmer. Adjust seasoning.
Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from the stove and serve immediately.
